At INEXTENSIONS, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you are not completely satisfied with your order. To offer you peace of mind, we have established a clear return and exchange policy.

Returns and Exchanges: If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase upon receiving it, you have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange. This must be done within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that returns or exchanges requested after this period may not be accepted.

Hair Products: To be eligible for a return or exchange on any hair products, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be returned with the original hair net and hygiene tag still attached and intact.
• Products that have been altered, used, or removed from the original packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the product being returned to you at your own cost.

Lash Products: Due to hygiene reasons, all lash products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with the seal fully intact. We cannot accept or process returns or exchanges for any lash products that have been opened or used in any way.

Non-refundable and Non-returnable Items:

• We will not process returns or refunds for any products that have been worn, used, or opened.
• For health and safety reasons, we are unable to offer refunds on products where hygiene seals or packaging have been broken or tampered with.

Shipping Costs for Returns: At this time, we do not offer a complimentary return service. The cost of shipping for any returned items is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

• All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Any signs of wear, damage, or tampering will result in the return being declined and the product will be sent back to you at your cost.
• Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return once it has been received.
